Procedures for Faculty
Professors and instructors can place both electronic material and physical material on Course Reserve.
The first step in this process is to look at the University Libraries Copyright Information and Guidelines for Reserve. If the item you are requesting needs copyright permission, the permission needs to be granted before any items will be placed on Reserve.
Next, the faculty member or instructor should place a request online via the Course Reserve Request Form.
The following deadlines are set to ensure that materials are available for your students to use in a timely fashion. Adherence to the schedule will ease the processing backlog at the beginning of each semester.
- Spring Semester – Dec. 1
- Summer Semesters – May 1
- Fall Semester – Aug. 1
If you have questions, you may contact Circulation/Reserve staff via e-mail at libraries.reserve@ttu.edu or by phone 806.742.2265.
