Please be advised that Student Business Services staff does not have access to the specific information behind a Library charge. Please contact the Circulation Department to obtain fine-specific information.

All charges for Library material which are transferred to Student Business Services will be due within 30 days of the original charge. A "balance due" in BANNER will trigger a "registration and transcript hold" on the patron's account with the University. Holds prevent the student from registering or dropping a course, obtaining an official transcript, or receiving a diploma. Failure to pay the balance due in BANNER may also result in being dropped from current courses. Addressing these charges promptly (either by payment or the appeals process) will alleviate any potential problems with the University.
