There have been numerous reports of users on the TTU wireless network having trouble accessing the Library s databases and e-journals. TTU has added a new IP address range to accommodate the increasing number of devices.
Major vendors (EBSCO, FirstSearch, JSTOR, Lexis-Nexis, Scopus, Web of Knowledge, Wiley) have been notified and should present no problems to users.
The Library is in the process of notifying the rest of our database and ejournal providers.
If you are having trouble connecting in the meantime, you can copy and paste the following url into your browser in front of the link you re trying to access:
This will send your session through the Library s proxy server without requiring authentication from TTU or the vendor.
If you continue to have problems, please call the Library Systems Office at 742-0846, or Marina Oliver at 834-1074.We regret the inconvenience.
