1. Group study rooms can be reserved upon request by email to libraries.circulation@ttu.edu or by calling 806.742.2265. When reserving a room via email, please provide your name, email address, and the start and ending time of your reservation request. Reservations are limited to three hours per person.
  2. Maximum occupancy of the Group Study Room(s) is a major factor when considering approval of a reservation request. These rooms are intended for GROUP study and will be monitored.
  3. Group study rooms cannot be reserved for use by one individual.
  4. Study rooms can be reserved for one-time or recurring use. The recurring use can be two sessions a week for two weeks maximum.
  5. Group study room reservations are based on a first-come, first-served basis.
  6. Please be on time for your reservation. We will hold your study room for ten minutes; after that we cannot guarantee that it will be available.
