Connecting from Off-Campus
While access to many of our resources are freely available to everyone, access to our databases and e-journals are limited to students, faculty and staff of Texas Tech University. To access Texas Tech University Libraries’ online databases and e-journals, you MUST have:

An Internet Service Provider (e.g., Cox Cable, SBC, Earthlink, etc.), a valid eraider, and a Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection. Information about configuring and connecting to
the TTU network via VPN is available at the following URL:

A TTU Dial-up account. Information about obtaining an eRaider Dial-up account is

Once you have established a connection, you will be able to access the online databases and e-journals.
