Circulation Policy
Materials held by the Architecture Library may only be checked out there. Items may be renewed once online, or you may bring them to the Architecture Library for renewal. Loan periods for books and media in the Architecture Library differ from those for items in the main library.
The Architecture Library follows the general circulation policies of the main library, including those for overdue and lost items. That policy is found here. To inquire about a fine or overdue item, please contact Unit Coordinator, Krista Brown at 806.742.8058.
ARCHITECTURE LIBRARY LOAN PERIODS
Stacks Books:
Undergraduate Students: 2 weeks
Graduate and Honors Students: 1 month
El Paso Students: 3 weeks
Faculty: 1 semester
Staff: 2 weeks
Media: 3-Days
Reserve Items:
2 hour library use only
2 hour - Overnight -- overnight checkout begins 2 hours before closing
